  2.  Select your box, and click the appropriate order button.
  3. Customise your box & add extras
    To ensure you get a specific item, order extra. To do this simply select “Add an extra item”.To find your item you can either scroll through all of the options or you can begin typing the item you’d like and the list will narrow to selections which match your entry.

     

  4. Select if you are a new or return customer, click next & complete the appropriate details. Take special care when selecting your delivery area as an error here can result in delayed delivery by up to a week.
  5.  Set the delivery area, day and frequency for your box and extra items.
  6. Complete your order and make payment.Your order only registers with our system once you select the “complete order” button. Then it’s time to make payment.

Can I ask for something to be included in my box?

Do I have to be home to accept delivery?

Nope :) You don’t. We’ll leave your order on your doorstep. If you’d like us to leave it somewhere else then please let us know.

Do you reuse/collect empty boxes and packaging?

YES! We do collect & reuse your boxes. We line all reused boxes and recycle any boxes no longer fit for use. Please leave them out for the ninja to collect when you next receive a delivery.

In particular the cool packs we use to deliver temperature sensitive goods are important – if you don’t return these there is a fee added to your account (sorry! It’s either this or put our prices up).

How do I order extra items?

NB: Typing “Fruit” will bring up all available fruit extras, similarly “veg”, “bread” and “dairy” will narrow the list to items in these categories.

The final step is to choose how often you’d like these extras delivered. In the final confirmation of your order make sure you select either “Include Extra Items with EVERY delivery” or “Include Extra Items with NEXT delivery only” depending upon your preference.

How do I pay for my box?

How does my order stay fresh during delivery?

Your delivery is packed in sealed cardboard boxes. We use an ice pack to maintain your order cool during the hotter months of the year.

I did not receive an item I was expecting in my delivery.

Oh no! Best solution here is to submit an e-mail so we can figure out what happened for you and make sure you are recompensed.

I did not receive an order I was expecting.

There are several reasons for you to not receive an order you were expecting:

  1. Your order is scheduled for a later date. You can check when your order is schedule to arrive by checking you account here.
  2. Your account has been halted as the account balance is below it’s minimum. You’ll see if this is the case by logging into your account and checking your balance.
  3. You have selected the wrong delivery area and your order will be delivered on a different day. If you have selected a delivery area which doesn’t include your suburb we will deliver your order on a different day. This can unfortunately delay orders by up to a week but we will always email you to notify you of this so make sure you check your email account for an email from us (the one you use to log in to our site).
  4. We’ve made an error! This one doesn’t happen very often because our amazing website team have set up an almost fool proof system – but occasionally things go wrong. So email us if options 1-3 don’t describe your situation and we’ll see what went wrong and make sure you get some food!

I received a delivery I was not expecting.

If you have received a delivery you were not expecting there are two reasons this might happen:

  1. Check if your deliveries are set to automatically re-occur – you can do this by logging into your account here and checking to see if you have any reoccurring deliveries listed. You can also cancel or pause these deliveries on this screen.
  2. We have delivered in error – Please note that if we deliver in error and you don’t let us know so we can come and grab the delivery back we’ll send you a bill for the delivery…if you keep it for more than 24 hours then unfortunately you’ll have to pay for it.99% of unexpected deliveries occur because the customer has set their order to reoccur, please be mindful of this when ordering.

Are your products locally grown?

One of our most important goals in our mission statement is to support local farmers. During certain months of the year, there may not be enough production occurring in Arizona and we may have to source from neighboring states. You can be assured that quality is always our top priority and we aim to support local farmers first as much as possible.

Why is your pricing so… low / high?

Our pricing is as cheap or lower than what you would expect to get at the farmers’ markets and many natural grocery stores because we purchase direct from growers and artisans and deliver it soon after. We do not have the overhead required of a large facility.

Our pricing is lower than many organic produce delivery businesses because we are a social enterprise. One of the highest goals in our mission is to help others achieve better health through convenient healthy foods. The healthiest foods on the planet are fresh, local organic fruits and vegetables. Although we try to compensate our employees for their time, we are not out to take all of your money.

Our pricing may seem higher than some grocery stores or organic produce delivery because quality is very important to us. “You get what you pay for.” It is also important to support local farms first. We try not to source from outside of Arizona and especially outside of the country where standards may not be as high and the quality of what you receive is questionable.
