Real Food is Medicine

Our motto, in short, states that “Food is Medicine.” We have personally witnessed the power of God’s hand in healing His creations with real food.

Food-Is-Medicine

If you are suffering from Cancer or another life threatening disease, use the following approach first before trying chemotherapy and other therapies with harmful side effects:

Real Food Central Regime (Use an oncology trained Naturopathic Doctor with a strict real food diet. This is our Preferred Method):

  1. Follow the Real Food Central Lifestyle program (pay attention to the asterisks (*)) with guidance from a Real Food Central Health and Nutrition Coach and your Naturopathic Doctor. Here is a sample of what your week would look like with respect to a menu plan.
  2. Find a qualified Naturopathic Doctor that specializes in Oncology / Cancer. If you live in the Phoenix Metropolitan Area, we recommend Dr. John Williamson at the W Clinic of Integrative Medicine. For the Salt Lake City, Utah area, we recommend Dr. Thad Jacobs of Summit Integrative Medicine.(As far as a Naturopathic Doctor… there is much to be confused about when one is labeled as a “naturopath”. The Naturopaths that are the most legit and well trained, graduate from one of the 7 schools listed here: http://aanmc.org/schools/)
  3. See Naturopathic therapy results here for different types of cancer.

If you choose to do traditional cancer treatments (Chemotherapy, radiation, surgery):

  1. If you choose to go with traditional medicine for your cancer treatment, it is even more imperative that you boost your immune system through the Real Food Central Lifestyle program (especially the food). Chemotherapy puts a huge toxic load on your body and its important to increase your nutrient intake accordingly.
